Martin Kokol, M.Ed.
Martin Kokol, M.Ed. joined Touro College in 2007 as a Full-time Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Education in the General Ed/Special Ed program. He teaches Social Studies education as well as History/Philosophy of Education. Previously he taught at Utah Valley University for 4 years and at Brigham Young University for seven years. He holds a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from Boston University, a Master’s degree in Education from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Princeton University. His current research interests include stage development across a teacher’s career, mentoring the novice teacher and Finnish educational practice.
