Our office of Student Affairs functions as an ombudsman of sorts, here to advocate on your behalf, interface for your with other Touro offices and school districts, and answer any questions you may have, from your first question about the program until your degree is completed. We make all our programs meet NYS certification requirements and advise students on everything regarding certification. After you complete any of our programs, we submit institutional recommendations to the New York State Education Department for certification on your behalf. We’re also responsible for filling out and signing Verification of Program Completion forms for students applying for certification in other states. We offer all necessary instructions and documents to make sure your certification process is as clear and easy as can be.
Program chairs meet with students throughout the year to offer course guidance and internship/practicum support while tracking academic progress. Students are welcome to schedule time with program chairs and staff to discuss any issue related to their study.
We provide small group and individual instruction to help students with their writing as it applies to coursework and certification tests, as well as to career development. Located in rooms 323-326 at 43 West 23rd Street in Manhattan, we're open Monday - Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am-1pm, throughout the semester.

The Registrar maintains all student records and can help you register for courses, navigate credit requirements, request transcripts, and update your personal information.
Our offices in Manhattan and Brooklyn are open Monday through Friday. Administrators can answer questions about aid options and loan terms.
The Bursar maintains students’ tuition accounts and disperses loans, refunds, and grants every term. The Bursar can help you keep on track with your tuition payments.
