Join Us for Fall Professional Learning for Educators: Supporting Students with Diverse Learning Needs Through School-Family Partnerships (Part 1) with Dr. Sharon Sullivan-Rubin

Supporting Students with Diverse Learning Needs Through School-Family Partnerships is presented in two parts. Participants are expected and encouraged to attend both sessions of this workshop series, which aims to help educators build effective partnerships with families to better support students with diverse learning needs. Through discussion, case-based learning, reflection, and practical application, participants will explore strategies for developing trusting and culturally responsive relationships with families, strengthening communication, increasing family engagement, and fostering collaborative decision-making between home and school.

Participants will also examine ways to create consistent, student-centered support that promote academic, social, and emotional growth. By the end of the series, participants will be able to implement effective family engagement practices, strengthen school-family collaboration, and develop partnership strategies that enhance student success.
