This event is the fourth of a six-part series. The Deep Equity Now series is about preparing educators to elevate beyond the safe and performative aspect of equity, into the space that Baldwin describes as "go[ing] for broke."

It is here that our work becomes transformative, as we learn how to put it all on the line.

This webinar will take place on March 23, 12:30 pm (PST)/ 3:30 pm (EST).

There is no one “right” way of thinking, learning and behaving. As we continue to learn about neurodiversity and incorporate its considerations in our teaching and communication, how we do equity, must be emphasized. Dr. Niki Elliot, Co-Director of the Center for Neurodiversity, Learning, and Wellness, will join us for this conversation. With over 25 years in the game, Dr. Elliot’s understanding of holistic education, educational neurobiology, social-emotional well-being and mind-body wellness practices means that she doesn’t just talk the talk, she is doing and living out equity in her practice everyday. In this conversation, she will help us to understand how we can do the same, as we continue to explore Deep Equity Now.
