Laurie Bobley

I received an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership and Management from Drexel University and I am currently the Chair of Alternative Programs and University Partnerships in the Touro University Graduate School of Education. I have also worked as as the Director of GSE Online Education where I co-designed and provided workshops related to best practices in online education for new and current online faculty. I developed and provided training related to basic Blackboard for all GSE onsite faculty and the supervisors of clinical practice and internship courses. My bachelors degree is in Biological Sciences from State University of New York and my masters degree is in Instructional Technology from New York Institute of Technology. I have taught Biology, General Science, Environmental Science, and Earth Science to middle and high school students in general and inclusive settings.

Areas for Consultation: I can give consultation in teaching and learning in blended and online environments, faculty   development, technology for teaching and learning, curriculum development, leadership and change, and research design.
